We hired Rob to clear the invasive underbrush and small trees on the wooded part of our property in order to create a more usable space as well as to landscape the area with native and more ornamental shrubs and plants. I had originally looked at renting a machine to do the project myself, but I am immensely glad I did not go that route. The quality of the work is exceptional! We have lot of larger trees, and Rob was able to maneuver between for maximum brush clearing. We are very pleased and look forward to the continued transformation of this area of our home. We regret not getting more before photos, so please take our word for it. It was a MESS beforehand. Hire Rob for a job well done with no stress.

Expert Site Grading in Armstrong County, PA
Site grading is the foundation of any successful land project in Armstrong County. Whether you are preparing a lot for a new home, leveling a yard, or correcting drainage problems, proper grading shapes the land so water moves away from structures and stays off your property. Armstrong County sits on dissected Allegheny Plateau terrain with soils derived from sandstone, shale, and coal measures. Valley and hillside soils here tend to drain poorly, which makes slope and grade planning a critical first step before any build or landscape project. At Adirondack Land Management, we assess your existing grade, cut and fill soil to the correct slope, and compact the surface for long-term stability. We work on residential lots, rural parcels, and commercial sites throughout Armstrong County. If your yard pools water after rain, your driveway base is shifting, or you are breaking ground on a new structure, call us to schedule a site visit.
