Expert Waterline Installation in Armstrong County, PA

Adirondack Land Management handles waterline installation for residential and rural properties throughout Armstrong County. We trench, set, and connect water service lines from the source to your home or structure. Armstrong County sits on dissected Allegheny Plateau terrain with soils derived from sandstone, shale, and coal measures. Valley and hillside soils in the county tend to run heavy and poorly drained, which affects trench stability and pipe bedding requirements. Our crew accounts for those conditions on every job. We assess the route, prepare a stable trench bed, set the line at proper depth below the frost line, and backfill in compacted layers to protect the pipe long term. Whether you are connecting a new build, replacing a failing line, or extending service to an outbuilding, we work with the land as it actually is in Armstrong County. We hired Rob to clear the invasive underbrush and small trees on the wooded part of our property in order to create a more usable space as well as to landscape the area with native and more ornamental shrubs and plants. I had originally looked at renting a machine to do the project myself, but I am immensely glad I did not go that route. The quality of the work is exceptional! We have lot of larger trees, and Rob was able to maneuver between for maximum brush clearing. We are very pleased and look forward to the continued transformation of this area of our home. We regret not getting more before photos, so please take our word for it. It was a MESS beforehand. Hire Rob for a job well done with no stress.

Rob did a great job in cleaning up my fence line and property. He was very persistent in reaching out to coordinate a time that worked for us both, even despite bigger projects he had going on, and he was very efficient with the time allotted to get the entire project done timely. His pricing was more than fair, and he was also extremely mindful of the neighboring property such that there was minimal to no cleanup. I cannot recommend Rob and Adirondack Land Management enough, and I’ll be using his services in the future. Thanks, Rob!

Rob and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job with our land clearing job for a fair rate. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about what would be done and our options for handling the waste material.

Graham Pugh Google review · February 2025

Rob has been part of our custom home build through several steps including timber clearing, driveway installation, utility installs and foundation excavation thus far. He’s extremely reliable, great with communication, follows through with the scope of work and willing to go the extra mile to make your project a reality. I would absolutely recommend him for any small or large job you have. He’ll continue to be apart of making our dream home a reality!

Adirondack Land Management did a great job demoing and removing a dangerous in-ground pool and restoring/regrading the land where it had been located. They were very respectful of our dog fencing and need to keep the space usable intermittently during the multi-day job.
