We hired Rob to clear the invasive underbrush and small trees on the wooded part of our property in order to create a more usable space as well as to landscape the area with native and more ornamental shrubs and plants. I had originally looked at renting a machine to do the project myself, but I am immensely glad I did not go that route. The quality of the work is exceptional! We have lot of larger trees, and Rob was able to maneuver between for maximum brush clearing. We are very pleased and look forward to the continued transformation of this area of our home. We regret not getting more before photos, so please take our word for it. It was a MESS beforehand. Hire Rob for a job well done with no stress.

Expert Drainage System Installation in Armstrong County, PA
Drainage system installation in Armstrong County means working with terrain that does not forgive poor planning. Armstrong County sits on the Allegheny Plateau, where valley and hillside soils are heavier and drain poorly. Steep slopes push runoff fast toward foundations, low yards, and crawl spaces. Soil profiles disturbed by the county's long coal mining history add another layer of complexity. Adirondack Land Management assesses each property's slope, soil type, and water flow before any work begins. We install systems that move water away from your foundation, yard, and outbuildings before it causes damage. Our work covers surface grading, subsurface pipe placement, catch basins, and outlet routing matched to your land. Whether your property sits in a low valley or on a sloped hillside, we size the system to handle Armstrong County's rainfall and runoff load. If standing water, soggy ground, or wet crawl spaces are already a problem on your property, contact us to schedule a site assessment.
